 * Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog
 * Knowledge Management skills
 * Change Management skills
 * Incident and Problem Management skills
 * Experience with Service Portal and/or Employee Center
 * Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD practices
 * Banking Industry Knowledge
 * Support production environments with high availability requirements
 * Troubleshoot critical incidents
 * Perform root cause analysis
 * Manage platform upgrades
 * Monitor platform performance
 * Maintain SLAs and operational metrics
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as:
 * Active Directory/Azure AD
 * Identity and Access Management solutions
 * Monitoring tools
 * HR systems
 * Security tools (SIEM, vulnerability management)
 * Core banking or enterprise applications
 * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
 * Security Mindset
 * Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Attention to detail
 * Ability to prioritize competing requests
 * Collaborative approach with infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams
