The Opportunity As a Software Test & Verification Engineer Staff you will serve as a technical leader and servant leader responsible for software quality and test delivery across complex medical device systems. In this role, you will lead local and offshore software test teams, driving test planning, execution, and reporting within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. You will champion test quality through sound system design, pilot cutting-edge AI-assisted testing tools, and ensure full compliance with medical device regulatory standards and traceability requirements.
