* Bachelor's degree in related field
 * Must have 11-13 years of hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including experience as a Tech Lead.
 * You should have strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and REST API design/development.
 * Experience with ability to lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations while remaining hands-on.
 * Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
 * You should have hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
 * You should have experience building enterprise authentication applications and collaborating with UX, Design, and Product teams.
 * Strong focus on delivering functional, testable code with comprehensive unit testing to support DevOps practices.
 * Experience enforcing coding standards and participating in code reviews through Git workflows.
 * You should have ability to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
