Bonus experience * Experience in management of production software releases in a customer-fronting role. * Strong proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, and the Atlassian suite of tools. * Extensive experience with Git, Linux, and Docker environments. * Familiarity with robotics middleware such as ROS/ROS2 * Proficiency in programming languages like C++ and Python, and good OOP coding practice in a Linux environment * Experience with logistics or supply chain technologies. ## Description + Lead the delivery of technical projects in autonomous vehicle deployment at multiple US logistics sites. + Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. + Develop and manage project schedules, budget, resources, milestone delivery, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. + Communicate technical progress and challenges into business language for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners. Likewise translate business needs from customers into technical requirements for the development team. + Coordinate on-site support requests, which may include IT/network provisions for the on-site office facilities, supporting staff from the customer like safety drivers, etc. + Engage with the customer in regular meetings to present program progress and technical solution design reviews. Manage stakeholder expectations and adapt program plans in response to changing requirements or unforeseen issues. * Technical Support + Support team members in deployment activities.
