Provides direction to programmers and analysts as required to affect changes to database management systems. * Lead database administration teams (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Ensure database availability, performance, and security across all environments. * Drive database automation initiatives (provisioning, patching, backup/recovery). * Oversee database capacity planning and performance tuning. * Manage database change requests and coordinate with CCME. * Lead database-related incident response and problem resolution. * Develop database standards, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. * Support application teams with database architecture and optimization., Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
