The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams in applying Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks to deliver high-value solutions. This role involves facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, fostering team collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of project objectives.
