## About the Role

* Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Insurance Suite projects.
 * Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts, coverages, deductibles, and underwriting workflows.
 * Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and process-mapping software like Visio.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification And Education:

 * Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Insurance Suite projects.
 * Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts, coverages, deductibles, and underwriting workflows.

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Guidewire implementations and enhancements from underwriters, product managers, and policy operations teams.
 * Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and objectives.
 * Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows aligned with Guidewire modules.
 * Map out policy lifecycle processes like submissions, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements for PolicyCenter Configuration Alignment.
 * Assist in configuring the product model (lines of business, coverages, exclusions) and rating engines/rate tables.
 * Define data mapping and integration requirements between PolicyCenter and external systems such as BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or third-party data providers.
 * Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking in collaboration with QA teams.
 * Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and user story demonstrations and other Agile ceremonies as required.

Nice to Have:

 * Certification in Guidewire or Business Analysis is a plus.
