You will collaborate with service and GTM teams to shape technical strategies and roadmaps while supporting field engineers and strategic customers in HPC and GenAI workloads. You will create technical content, deliver workshops, and speak at events to educate on best practices. You will capture customer feedback to influence the roadmap and mentor other storage architects.
