Build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and middleware. Experience with scoped applications, application scope, cross-scope configuration, CSDM, and ServiceNow licensing. Configure ACLs, security properties, data classification, and perform Health Scan remediation. Experience with ATF, testing, upgrades, patches, code reviews, troubleshooting, and platform support. Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions and workflows. Experience with Now Assist, Build Agent, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI, and AI-assisted SDLC is highly desirable. Strong documentation, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
