* Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
 * Good knowledge of SQL Server, writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
 * Experience with Web APIs, IIS, Windows Services, and application monitoring tools.
 * Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
 * Experience with debugging tools and log analysis.
 * Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or other source control tools.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
 * Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
 * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
 * ITIL process knowledge.

## Description

We are looking for a skilled .NET Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications developed on the Microsoft .NET platform. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills, experience with SQL databases, and the ability to resolve production issues efficiently., * Provide support for .NET-based applications.

 * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
 * Analyze application logs and identify root causes of issues.
 * Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
 * Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
 * Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and deployment support.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
 * Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
