 * Configure and optimize BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) for data extraction, reporting, and integration needs.
 * Design, develop, and review REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
 * Perform PDC (Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud) reviews, analyze alerts, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive application optimization.
 * Participate in application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
