## About the Role

Experience: 3+ years of professional, non-internship software development experience. Experience with distributed or multi-tier systems is required.

Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, and TypeScript. A solid understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals is necessary.

Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with risk, compliance, audit, controls, or other regulated systems.
 * Exposure to AI-enabled applications, particularly those using Large Language Models (LLMs).
 * Experience with transportation, logistics, or large-scale operational platforms.
 * Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
 * Previous experience in an execution-focused environment with evolving priorities.
