What Will Set You Apart: * Exposure to client data platforms and connected systems, or comparable MDM/Client 360 platforms. * Familiarity with Voice of Client (VOC) and survey platforms such as Qualtrics. * Experience writing basic Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Python for data analysis. * Intermediate understanding of business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Strong analytical, creative, and detail-oriented thinking skills. * Interest in evolving and improving client data and analytics capabilities over time. ## Description We are seeking a Data Analyst II to join our Client Experience (CX) team in League City, TX. This position actively designs, integrates, and maintains client data systems and analytical deliverables within the Client Experience (CX) Analytics & Operations function. The Data Analyst II executes data ingestion, hygiene, and reporting activities; supports the operation of client data infrastructure and connected systems including the Voice of Client (VOC) platform; and contributes to test, brand, marketing, and client research analyses. The position works collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across CX initiatives.
