## Description

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting

 * Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, including Software Engineers and senior technical contributors
 * Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
 * Conduct intake meetings, manage requisitions, and drive hiring plans from opening through offer acceptance

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

 * Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive and active engineering talent
 * Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and internal networks
 * Perform talent mapping and market research within key technology domains

Candidate Experience & Closing

 * Provide candidates with clear communication and support throughout the interview process
 * Prepare candidates for technical and behavioral interviews
 * Partner with compensation and HR teams to support offer extension and closing
 * Act as a trusted advisor to candidates regarding role, team, and compensation

Data-Driven Recruiting

 * Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health across requisitions
 * Provide regular hiring updates and insights to stakeholders
 * Use data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

 * Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems
 * Ensure compliance with hiring processes and regional regulations
 * Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience
