## About the Role

* Strong hands-on software engineering experience with TypeScript, Python, and/or .NET.
 * Demonstrated experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding/agentic development tools.
 * Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud technologies and application development.
 * Thinks AI-first and is comfortable using AI to accelerate development, testing, documentation and solution design.
 * Insurance industry experience is highly preferred , particularly experience with insurance platforms, workflows, underwriting, claims, policy administration or insurance distribution.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technology stakeholders.

## Description

* Design and develop scalable business and digital solutions using TypeScript, Python, or .NET.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, as part of the software development and solution engineering lifecycle.
 * Apply an AI-first mindset to architecture, development, automation, integration and problem solving.
 * Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and prototypes.
 * Work closely with product, architecture and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI technologies and development practices into enterprise applications.
