## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Atlan Architect & SME with strong hands-on experience in Atlan, data governance, metadata management, and Atlan Co-pilot.

Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience deploying and configuring Atlan Co-pilot from scratch in an enterprise environment., * 8+ years in data architecture, governance, metadata, or related areas.

 * 3+ years hands-on Atlan experience.
 * Mandatory hands-on Atlan Co-pilot implementation experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Atlan Data Graph, Knowledge Graph, Governance Graph, and Active Ontology.
 * Strong customer-facing, architecture, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Working knowledge of AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, context retrieval, and AI agents.

## Description

Atlan Architecture & Co-pilot

 * Lead discovery sessions and define target-state Atlan architecture, metadata strategy, integrations, and governance model.
 * Design the Enterprise Context Layer, including Data Graph, Knowledge Graph, Governance Graph, and Active Ontology.
 * Deploy, configure, and optimize Atlan Co-pilot and AI-driven governance workflows.
 * Configure prompt/context retrieval and Co-pilot workflows for metadata enrichment, classification, ownership, glossary, and policy recommendations.
