 * Deep techno-functional expertise across Coupa modules:
o Coupa Core
o Strategic Sourcing
o CSO
o CLM-S and CLM-A
o RPM-A (including SIM and CRA)
o Coupa Category Strategy (Cirtuo)
o AI Classification
o Coupa AI, Navi and Contract Intelligence
o Advanced Analytics

 * Strong Retail and CPG industry experience
 * Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture across Coupa platform
 * Define scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architecture (APIs, CSV, middleware)
 * Manage global implementations and phased rollouts
 * Define product roadmap and deployment strategy
 * Deep knowledge of industry best practices on Source-to-Pay (S2P)
 * Provide strategic consulting on procurement transformation
 * Advise on optimal solution design aligned to business needs
 * Define future-state procurement operating models
 * Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
 * Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports
 * Design and manage integrations with ERP and enterprise systems
 * Hands-on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)
 * Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases in procurement
 * Manage stakeholder engagement including C-level executives
 * Deliver executive presentations and strategic reporting
 * Advanced ability to interpret complex procurement data
 * Develop data-driven strategies and business cases
 * Relevant Coupa certifications
 * Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, etc.)
