## About the Role

* 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
 * Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
 * Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
 * Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and make sound tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering solutions.
 * Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms.
 * Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments.
 * Ability to critically analyze requirements, identify design gaps early, and challenge incomplete or non-scalable solutions.
 * Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.

Modern Salesforce Experience Preferred:

 * Salesforce Data Cloud
 * Agent force / Einstein AI capabilities
 * CRM Analytics / AI-driven workflows
 * Experience enabling unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and AI-ready data models
 * Exposure to event-driven and near real-time architectures
 * Familiarity with Hyperforce considerations and enterprise platform modernization initiatives

Expected Leadership Behaviors:

 * Contribute beyond story execution and operate as a senior technical leader
 * Drive design reviews, PR rigor, and technical documentation
 * Mentor junior engineers and uplift engineering quality across the team
 * Help drive shift-left quality and scalable engineering practices, * Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications
 * Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
 * Strong communication skills
 * Experience working with globally distributed teams
