## Description

Client is seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer - .NET Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET technologies, modern front-end frameworks, Azure cloud services, and Agile development methodologies. Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred., * Own and support one or more business-critical applications.

 * Collaborate with Business Systems Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
 * Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical design reviews.
 * Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using industry best practices.
 * Create technical documentation and follow software configuration and quality management processes.
 * Perform unit testing, performance tuning, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
 * Support production environments and participate in high-severity issue resolution.
 * Design and develop complex software systems independently.
 * Lead Agile ceremonies and mentor development teams.
