(plans, samples, or materials). * Comfortable working in both office and construction environments. ## Description The Senior Attraction Implementation Manager (Sr. AM) is responsible for leading the execution of attraction and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role serves as the primary project lead, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery aligns with company standards for safety, quality, schedule, and budget. The Sr. AM plays a critical leadership role in bridging Design, Project Managers, and the Field Team. This position works closely with The Director of Installs, Project Managers, and internal teams while serving as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders. The role requires strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage complex projects in dynamic environments. In essence, the Senior Attraction Implementation Manager is accountable for project success regarding attractions, driving execution, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent delivery across the project portfolio., 1. Project Leadership & Oversight * Lead multiple attractions and construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion. * Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, execution, and outcomes. * Establish project strategies, priorities, and execution plans. 2. Planning, Scheduling & Coordination * Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. * Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress. * Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. 3. Field Leadership & Execution * Provide direction and support to Superintendents and field teams. * Oversee site coordination, constructability, and issue resolution. * Ensure field execution aligns with project plans, specifications, and company standards. 4. Quality Assurance & Safety * Enforce QA/QC standards across all projects. * Ensure compliance with safety requirements and best practices. * Address and resolve quality or safety concerns proactively. 5. Budget & Cost Management * Own project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting. * Review and approve cost changes, procurement decisions, and change orders. * Identify cost risks and implement cost-control strategies. 6. RFIs, RFQs & Change Management * Oversee preparation, review, and management of RFIs and RFQs. * Lead change order evaluation, negotiation, and documentation. * Ensure timely resolution of technical and scope-related issues. 7. Technical Documentation & Design Coordination * Oversee submittals, shop drawings, logs, and project documentation. * Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment and constructability * Support design decisions and field-driven modifications. 8. Communication & Stakeholder Management * Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams. * Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates. * Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 9. Schedule & Perfomance Management * Monitor project performance against schedule and milestones. * Implement corrective actions to address delays or risks. * Drive accountability across project teams. 10. Project Closeout * Lead project closeout processes including punch lists, as-built documentation, and O&M manuals. * Ensure all deliverables are completed and projects are formally closed out. 11.
