Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), A Food Supplier Manufacturer in NE Portland is hiring a Senior Desktop Support Technician for a great long term opportunity!, * Provide technical support and serve as the escalation point for complex hardware, software, operating system, network, and application issues while meeting established SLAs.

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, enterprise applications, Active Directory, storage systems (SAN/NAS), and network infrastructure.
 * Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities within an ITIL-driven environment, including documentation, root cause analysis, ticket tracking, and continuous service improvement.
 * Perform system upgrades, patching, preventative maintenance, antivirus management, hardware deployments, software rollouts, and technology lifecycle support to ensure operational reliability.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support projects, technology implementations, hardware/software procurement, and business-critical IT initiatives.
 * Create technical documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base content while delivering exceptional customer service, mentoring support staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards., Management
