You also have: * Proven experience in end-user support across endpoints such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, accounts, groups, policies, file services, software applications, and business tools; * Scripting or development experience (PowerShell, Python or similar), with an interest in building proprietary tools; * A continuous improvement mindset with an understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts; * Strong knowledge of Windows maintenance/troubleshooting and networking connectivity; * Ideally experience with Microsoft SCCM or MDT, Intune, Office 365, Exchange operations, Active Directory, VMware Horizon; * Familiarity with email phishing analysis and SCOM alerts management is a plus; * Excellent communication skills coupled with high attention to detail; * The ability to multitask effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams. ## Description Are you passionate about technology and user support?
