This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial data, strong compliance, and effective financial processes across the organization., * Oversee and maintain the integrity of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, including loans, shares, and fixed assets * Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory guidance * Manage monthly and annual close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, account analysis, and journal entries * Supervise accounts payable, fixed assets, and daily cash and liquidity management; prepare daily cash position reporting * Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls * Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; prepare management reporting and recommendations * Oversee vendor management processes, including contract tracking, risk assessment, due diligence, and compliance * Manage capital asset acquisition processes and monitor capital spending against budget * Participate in annual budget preparation, annual reporting, and Asset Liability Management activities * Communicate financial, accounting, and vendor management updates to senior leadership * Lead and develop accounting staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and timecard approvals * Ensure departmental compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and information privacy standards * Support organizational initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned, Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
