Based the editor's ability to work independently they will be introduced to the hybrid rotation (the ability to work both remote and onsite) along with the other editors. The timeframe will vary on how many days they can work remote is based on manpower and work assignment since each office has its own schedule. 3. Finally, once a week there is a rotation for editors to travel to our sub-headquarters to do print distributions.
