This role partners closely with maintenance teams, project engineers, plant leadership, and operations to implement best-in-class preventive and predictive maintenance strategies while optimizing total cost of ownership. The Reliability Engineer leverages data, reliability methodologies, and technical expertise to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, support capital projects, and drive long-term operational reliability.
