## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
 * Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.)
 * Demonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical people, regardless of title, with good self-awareness.
 * Proven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
 * Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
 * Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions, application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring.
 * Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling to help facilitate and inform management decisions.

Preferred:

 * ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
