The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader, coach, and facilitator who not only guides the team in Scrum practices but also possesses a deep understanding of technical concepts and development processes. This role is crucial in ensuring our development teams are efficient, productive, and equipped to deliver high-quality products. Will support up to 3 Agile teams., * Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and effective. * Remove Impediments: Identify, track, and actively remove impediments that hinder the development team's progress, leveraging technical knowledge to understand and address complex technical blockers. * Coach and Mentor: Coach team members in self-management, cross-functionality, and adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices. Provide guidance and mentorship on Agile methodologies and technical best practices. * Foster Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment within the Scrum team and between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders. Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication. * Technical Understanding: Utilize a strong technical background to understand the development workflow, technical challenges faced by the team, and the product being built.
