## About the Role

* Must have a Security+ Certification.
 * Must have 7 years of experience in Information Technology and 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
 * Must have experience with Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens.
 * Must have some leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks, projects and client's initiatives.
 * Must demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing well.
 * Must have a positive customer service attitude.
