## Description

As the Embedded Software Engineering Associate Manager you will lead the Simulation Framework effort, driving end-to-end software delivery for embedded C++/Linux applications in an Agile environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 * Maintain and evolve simulation software libraries that model tactical components and operational environments.
 * Define, design, code, test, integrate, and verify embedded simulation software using JIRA, Git, and Confluence.
 * Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback.
 * Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities while ensuring adherence to standards, processes, and tools.
 * Lead recruitment, training, salary planning, and competency development; act as the technical conscience for the program.
