The role involves building enterprise workflows for fraud investigations, card disputes, chargebacks, claims processing, servicing, and payment exception handling within a high-volume transactional ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design and develop PEGA-based Fraud & Dispute workflows and case management solutions. Build dispute lifecycle processing for fraud claims, chargebacks, merchant disputes, recoveries, and cardholder servicing. Develop PEGA components including Flows, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Rules, SLA management, and UI Portals. Lead API integrations with enterprise payment, fraud, and customer servicing platforms. Implement real-time and asynchronous integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Queue Processors, Kafka, and event-driven services. Drive PEGA architecture, guardrail compliance, performance tuning, and production support. Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud migration, and automated deployment strategies. Collaborate with Product Owners, Fraud Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
