## About the Role

2+ years of experience in IT hardware support, desktop support, or help desk.

Experience supporting Windows 10/11 workstations and Microsoft Office 365.

Hands-on experience with PC imaging, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking (TCP/IP), and printer support.

Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 40 lbs.) and work in an onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA A+ or other relevant IT certification.

Experience supporting enterprise environments with 100+ users.

Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management tools is a plus.

## Description

IT Hardware Technician to provide technical support for end-user hardware and workplace technology across the organization. This role is responsible for deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment while delivering excellent customer service to internal staff., *
Install, configure, image, deploy, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.

Set up and support printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and other office technology., Manage inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle documentation for IT hardware.

Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding by preparing and deploying equipment.

Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.

*
Maintain accurate service tickets, documentation, and inventory records.

*
Provide professional, customer-focused technical support in both remote and onsite environments.
