This role serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and IAM product and engineering teams, ensuring security solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and user experience expectations. The ideal candidate brings a blend of security knowledge, business engagement, and technical acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and drive successful IAM outcomes across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. What You'll Do Partner with Business Teams * Engage proactively with business units to identify IAM-related challenges, adoption barriers, and access management opportunities. * Understand business processes, workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions meet real-world operational needs. * Serve as a trusted IAM Engagement Partner across multiple business organizations. * Drive alignment, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise adoption of IAM capabilities. Drive IAM Strategy and Adoption * Influence stakeholders on new and evolving IAM enterprise solutions. * Support IAM onboarding, migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives. * Evaluate business readiness and ensure successful implementation of IAM capabilities across the organization. * Advocate for IAM best practices and secure access models. Translate Business Needs Into Solutions * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IAM products and engineering teams. * Convert business feedback, access pain points, and operational challenges into actionable product enhancements. * Help shape IAM roadmaps by aligning business priorities with security objectives. * Identify opportunities to improve user experience while maintaining strong security controls.
