Master's preferred. * 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation. * 2+ years with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies, delivering enterprise-scale solutions. * Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio. * Prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and agentic workflows. * Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript. Strong REST API integration experience. * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Azure cloud services. * Data analytics, AI monitoring, and operationalization of AI workloads. Preferred Skills: * Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama), NLP, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, fine-tuning, and model evaluation. * Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, and security practices. * Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. * Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized deployments. * Experience in regulated environments and with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
