* 7+ years of software development experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
 * Strong production experience with Python and modern development frameworks
 * Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and infrastructure-as-code practices
 * Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications
 * Solid understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, and error handling
 * Proficiency with Git workflows, branching strategies, and merge request reviews
 * Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Terraform in addition to AWS CDK
 * Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or React with TypeScript
 * Exposure to AWS services like SNS/SQS, Athena, Glue, and load balancers
 * Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code review, documentation, debugging, and test development
 * Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated code thoughtfully
 * Background in building solutions for regulated or highly secure environments

## Description

* Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK
 * Design and support business workflows with AWS Step Functions
 * Build containerized applications with RESTful APIs
 * Implement logging, monitoring, and audit trails using tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail
 * Participate in code reviews with a focus on maintainability, performance, and best practices
 * Write and improve unit and integration tests, and support code remediation efforts
 * Contribute to architecture discussions and technical documentation
 * Partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into effective technical solutions
