In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting our entire technology infrastructure. This includes robust corporate networks (LAN/WAN, firewalls), resilient Windows servers, and efficient Microsoft 365 environments. You'll also provide essential remote support to our diverse land and offshore sites, playing a direct role in the success of our global operations. Beyond traditional IT, you will take ownership of supporting, maintaining, and configuring vital telecommunications systems - from VoIP and satellite to cellular and advanced camera systems. Your expertise will directly ensure uninterrupted connectivity, which is the backbone of our field operations and client success., Network & Infrastructure Management: Support and maintain corporate network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN solutions. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server/Linux environments and virtualized platforms. Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Telecommunications & Connectivity: Support, configure, and maintain critical telecommunication systems (VoIP, satellite, cellular) for both corporate and field operations. Deploy and manage specialized explosion-proof IP camera systems for offshore and land-based applications. Provide expert remote technical support for network and telecom issues at various land and offshore sites.
