This position is an on-site technical role supporting the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of a complex server and Microsoft 365 environment serving more than 80 locations and 1,600 users. This entry-level position performs server administration, system configuration, software updates, Active Directory management, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, and Level II technical support. The Systems Administrator I frequently collaborates with the Senior Systems Administrator.
