We are especially interested in clinicians who are eager to deepen their skills and develop specialty expertise. ## Description We are seeking a psychologist who is excited to provide specialized OCD treatment and develop expertise in evidence-based approaches for anxiety disorders. We are looking for a clinician interested in developing a sustainable specialty caseload, with the opportunity to grow their caseload over time based on their availability and professional goals. The clinician who joins Red Elm will have the opportunity to: * Develop a specialty caseload focused on OCD and anxiety disorders * Provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other evidence-based interventions * Work with motivated clients seeking specialized care * Receive ongoing consultation and mentorship from experienced OCD clinicians * Build a flexible private practice with the support of an established team * Work autonomously while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical community Compensation & Practice Support Clinicians receive a percentage split of our $250 private-pay session fee, with compensation ranging from: $112.50-$137.50 per clinical hour Compensation is based on clinical experience, specialty expertise, and alignment with practice needs. As a 1099 independent contractor, clinicians have flexibility and autonomy over their schedules and clinical workload.
