Most of this job happens over email, at real volume * Fluent in a task system (we use ClickUp) and willing to keep it accurate * On-site in Kirkland five days a week. Not hybrid, not remote. Nice to have: WordPress and WP Engine; working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads deliverables; HubSpot or comparable CRM; experience with trades or home-services clients. ## Description You own the project from the moment Sales closes the deal to the moment the client's site is live and settled. Day to day that means about ten website builds in flight at any time, each running 6 to 14 weeks; the support queue, which you triage and keep inside SLA; and the weekly sprint for the delivery team., * Run builds to launch. Sequence work across designers, developers, SEO, and paid media. Hold the schedule. Run pre-launch QA. Send the go-live. * Own the support queue. Triage inbound, protect response times for hosting and retainer clients, keep tickets from aging out. Intake and routing are automated; your job is the judgment calls. * Hold the scope line. Recognize when a request goes past what the client signed for, say so plainly instead of absorbing it, and hand it to the team to re-scope. You are not writing the estimate or negotiating price. You are the person who catches it before it becomes free work. * Surface risk before it lands. Weekly, tell the team which projects are at risk and where capacity is about to break, with a recommendation attached. * Keep the process written down. We maintain a living SOP library. Delivery and PM has nine documented procedures and you own them. ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress. Ship in Minutes.
