## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented QA professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a direct impact on product quality and user experience., * 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing

 * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
 * Experience with test case creation, defect tracking, and test execution
 * Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
 * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
 * Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience testing web-based or SaaS applications
 * Exposure to SQL or scripting languages
 * Experience with test automation frameworks
 * Background supporting enterprise or customer-facing platforms, * QA Automation: 1 year (Preferred)
 * AI QA Automation: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

Ethos Group is seeking an experienced Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our growing technology team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our software applications through comprehensive testing and collaboration with development teams., * Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases

 * Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
 * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
 * Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
 * Validate system enhancements, bug fixes, and new product features
 * Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews in Agile environment
 * Ensure software meets quality standards, business requirements, and user expectations
 * Assist in continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks
