## Description

TechSage Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist I to join our growing Managed Services team. This position is responsible for delivering first-level technical support to business clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining Microsoft environments, supporting cloud technologies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, communicating with end users, and working in a fast-paced managed service provider (MSP) environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

 * Respond to incoming support requests by phone, email, and remote support tools.
 * Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
 * Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
 * Install software applications and security updates.
 * Configure user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
 * Reset passwords and manage user permissions.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
 * Assist with workstation deployments and hardware replacements.
 * Document troubleshooting procedures and ticket resolutions.
 * Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers when necessary.
 * Follow company security standards and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Participate in technology improvement projects.
 * Deliver professional customer service during every client interaction.
 * Maintain accurate service documentation.
 * Assist with onboarding new business clients.
 * Support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Help maintain endpoint security software.
 * Perform preventive maintenance on client systems.
 * Stay current on new Microsoft technologies and cybersecurity trends., This position operates in a professional office environment and provides technical support to business clients using both onsite and remote support technologies. Team members work closely with engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and account managers to deliver proactive IT solutions.
