The successful candidate will be motivated to provide high quality leadership to meet the agency's annual fund raising and capital campaign goals, and will display initiative and integrity combined with a dedication to the values and mission of the organization. This role will include oversight of donor management, donor cultivation and direct solicitation, communications, and event coordination.
