Required Experience: * Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience. * Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 25.x/26, with preference for Pega Infinity 26 experience. * Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Constellation UI Strong knowledge of Case Management Integration Services Decisioning Flows and Business Rules UI development Security and Role-Based Access Reporting SLAs and Assignment Processing Strong experience integrating Pega with REST APIs and enterprise applications. * Understanding of Pega guardrails reusable design patterns, application architecture, and performance best practices. * Experience with Pega DevOps deployment pipelines, branching, rulesets, and application lifecycle management. * Experience participating in technical design reviews and code reviews * Excellent analytical troubleshooting communication and collaboration Skills: * AI / GenAI Experience or strong working knowledge of Pega GenAI capabilities Pega GenAI Blueprint AI-assisted application development Identifying opportunities to apply AI GenAI to improve business processes and developer productivity. Hands-on implementation experience with Pega GenAI capabilities is strongly preferred. * Certification Pega Certified Senior System Architect Required Pega Certified Lead System Architect * Preferred Certification must be current valid and should be included with the candidate submission.
