 * Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments.
 * Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.
 * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
 * Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.
 * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.

 * Build and support microservices using Spring Boot.

 * Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and MQ.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
 * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
