* 10+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems Integration.
 * 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing / industrial automation experience.
 * Strong expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, industrial networking, and machine reliability.
 * Experience integrating manufacturing systems with ERP, PLM, QMS, and EAM platforms.
 * Hands-on knowledge of IBM Maximo or comparable asset/reliability management solutions.
 * Strong understanding of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
 * Experience with OT/IT integration, including APIs, middleware, and MQTT.
 * Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins, smart factory, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
 * Experience with AWS/Azure, edge computing, and manufacturing data platforms.
 * Ability to develop solution architecture, integration patterns, system blueprints, and data-flow designs.
 * Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with business, engineering, plant operations, and IT teams.
 * Ability to lead architecture decisions from design through implementation and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
