 * Proven experience developing real-time, low-latency, high-throughput applications.
 * Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software development best practices.
 * Experience with relational databases, including:

 * Oracle
 * SQL Server
 * Sybase
 * Strong SQL development, query optimization, and database design skills.
 * Working knowledge of J2EE technologies, Spring Framework, and web services., * Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
 * Familiarity with distributed systems and performance-critical applications.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments.
