The client's Global Resiliency Program spans eight active workstreams, a concurrent onboarding and offboarding program, Data Center 2.0 transformation across North America, and global disaster recovery initiatives covering North America, APAC, EMEA, and Latin America. This is a hands-on technical project management role. The successful candidate will spend their time coordinating migration activity, running dependency discovery, facilitating technical working sessions with engineers and application owners, and supporting production cutovers. This is not an executive-facing program management, strategy, or leadership-presentation role. Responsibilities Infrastructure migration management * Coordinate large-scale data center migration activity across physical and virtual infrastructure. * Support migration of production and non-production workloads into the modernized Data Center 2.0 environment, contributing to a server migration portfolio of approximately 4,000 systems. * Own migration schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items at a wave and application level. * Drive migration readiness activities and support weekend production cutovers end to end. * Track migration progress against year-end and quarterly milestone commitments. Technical discovery and dependency analysis * Run application and infrastructure discovery sessions directly with application owners, engineers, and architects. * Identify and document server, application, database, network, storage, and security dependencies. * Reduce the manual effort currently required to map dependencies by improving repeatable discovery and validation processes. * Validate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records and supporting technical documentation for accuracy. * Confirm migration assumptions, prerequisites, and technical requirements are captured before execution windows open. * Validate application migration readiness and hold the line where readiness criteria are not met. Cross-functional coordination * Partner daily with application, network, security, platform, data center, and operations teams. * Coordinate firewall policy, DNS, F5 load balancing, server, network, and disaster recovery requirements across teams. * Facilitate technical workshops and migration planning sessions with working-level engineers. * Manage multiple concurrent workstreams within a broader multi-workstream resiliency program. * Drive accountability for assigned action items and deliverables across organizational boundaries. Disaster recovery and resiliency support * Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution across North America, APAC, EMEA, and Latin America. * Coordinate production failover exercises and recovery testing. * Assist with validation of business continuity and resiliency requirements. * Track and drive closure of remediation items resulting from DR test activity. Risk and issue management * Maintain RAID logs, migration runbooks, and program documentation. * Escalate blockers early and bring mitigation options, not just status. * Proactively identify migration risk ahead of production execution windows. * Ensure critical dependencies are known and resolved before migration weekends.
