Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, Project Budgets, and Project Control.
Good understanding of project financial management, accounting flows, cost collection, revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, and project controls.
Experience with Cross Charge, Intercompany, and Multi-Currency project scenarios.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion PPM configurations and functional designs.
Experience preparing Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user-facing documentation.
Strong working knowledge of SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

## Description

Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Finance, Project Management, IT, and business stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion PPM functional solutions aligned with accounting and project financial processes.
Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules based on approved business requirements and Oracle best practices.
Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows, test scenarios, and training/support documentation.
Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, deployment preparation, and post-production stabilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of PPM processes with Finance and project accounting functions.
Provide functional guidance to business users and support process adoption through clear communication and issue resolution.
