Additional or preferred qualifications * Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. * 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). * 2+ years of broad experience in cyber security or intelligence * Demonstrable knowledge and experience with business management systems (Azure Dev Ops, Dynamics 365) and data analysis systems (Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, Kusto Query Language, Tableau, Grafana, etc.). * Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and business information, create clarity across diverse groups, and drive alignment toward a common objective. * Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with analysts, engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile and rapidly evolving environment. * Willingness to learn new approaches to work (with new systems, AI, processes, etc.) Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year. ## Description * Manage execution of our requests-for-information business processes, ensuring efficient prioritization, tracking, and delivery of intelligence products across Microsoft. * Drive operational coordination and task management across MSTIC analysis teams.
