## About the Role

+ 1-3 years of experience with digital engagement platforms such as Airship, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 + Background in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related fields.

 + Experience building, testing, and deploying in-app messages, push notifications, and personalized digital experiences.

 + Strong writing, content development skills, and attention to detail.

 + Ability to work with data, support campaign QA, audience validation, and performance reporting.

## Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Digital Engagement Analyst to join their team. As a Digital Engagement Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Engagement Department supporting cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization., + Build, test, deploy, experiment, and optimize in-app campaigns using the Airship Engagement Platform.

 + Develop personalized engagement journeys that support onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and customer education.

 + Create and maintain in-app content including banners, cards, message center experiences, surveys, and interstitials.

 + Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into engaging customer experiences.

 + Monitor campaign performance and develop reports to evaluate engagement effectiveness and business outcomes.
