You are committed to providing the best service available to Alltech Computers and the clients we serve., * 2+ years experience in a technical support environment, call center, or Help Desk role

 * 2+ years experience performing hardware/software technical systems troubleshooting and support
 * Proficiency in all Microsoft operating systems
 * Support of desktop Operating Systems with a strong aptitude for both Windows and Mac OS X.
 * Microsoft Office support including POP, IMAP and Exchange/Office 365 email.
 * Support of desktop and laptop hardware and peripherals.
 * Support of mobile devices including tablets and smartphones.
 * Firewalls, routers, switches, APs, network printers
 * Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment
 * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Must have a California Drivers License and clean driving record

## Description

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for managing technical tasks for Alltech Computers clients. Responsibities may include overall Windows and Mac computer support, Windows server support, network, power, IP phone, and Office 365 trouble tickets., * Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

 * Resolve computer and network problems
 * Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades
 * Test new equipment configuration
 * Perform network device management
 * Implement policy management
 * Optimize system performance
 * Document problem outcomes
